Overall spectacular game
Somewhat cryptic but still blind playthrough friendly unlike funger (funger is technically blind viable it’s just Really Hard to blind)

People bring up funger comparisons with the game a lot
And while some of those comparisons are valid (they are both using rpgmaker and have cosmic horror as a theme / subtheme respectively), I would call Look Outside to have significantly more Earthbound (and games like Earthbound) as influences
