It’s not like r4c4 or r6c6 can’t be [6], it’s R6c4 (and r7c3) can’t be anything but [6]

the two kropkis and the blue line in box 8 forces those to be [6]

The white kropki has to be 5-6, (if it’s 1-2, 2-3 or 6-7, it breaks column 5 or box 8) together with the 4 from box 8, the remaining numbers for the blue line are [1,2,3] (proving the white kropki can’t be 4-5 took me a while, but seeing now, that would have broke box 8 as well… so my method wasn’t that controversial as much as I first saw it.)

so the blue sum can only be [6]
