maybe if you’re religious it’s nice, but i’m not so genuinely dont care or understand the significance

like what does he even do lol

Given the last election, I don’t think the BJP has nearly enough support to invade Pakistan, and the next election cycle is too far away (2029) for an immediate invasion to actually help them through stirring up nationalistic pride, so I think this just becomes a “they get away with it and tensions remain high” situation?

i think having a moral authority figure that (at least in the west) is respected generally by most people take a semi-positive look on LGBT+ issues is better than not

like if he makes a statement that goes ‘‘discrimination against gay people is a sin and you must treat all orientations equally’’ does that like work

I mean, it’s a whole lot better than having a guy who doesn’t do that.

he prob couldn’t decree it by fiat but if he finds that right justification he could make that arguement

I wonder what intricately-ridiculous customs the pope must follow

ah cause i was told by one of my friends that if you go by technicality being gay is sinful but so is judging people for being gay and you should let them punished by god instead of judging them yourself

memory hazy though

so you could easily spin it to make a statement to support the lgbt

one of my friends in the military was a satanist he said it’s about freedom and trusting in yourself if you just boil it down, he said god tells you to believe in him, satan tells you to beleive in yourself
he was a bit of a weird guy though. good guy though, i liked his company
