I want to remember to try to realize when it’s happening. It’s the second thing I have where I can’t trust my senses (the other is BPD). It’s a lot. Two is bigger than one which is bigger than zero. So often I can’t trust my senses / instinct of what’s happening. I wish I could. My perception is unreliable. Constantly having to realize that is exhausting. I just spent 20 minutes being anxious that I broke my phone because I lightly tapped it with my finger joint. I kept tapping it all over to check if something new will happen, and to relieve myself that I’m not breaking it by doing that. Same with worrying about scratching the screen, and scratching my glasses, if I accidentally touch the glass with my finger. I take them off and look at them from all angles and I’m still not satisfied despite seeing no scratches. I just want to be relaxed

you can eat the head but not the shell, so you can suck out the inside. Boiling the heads in a soup adds great flavor if you wanted to do that

I guess you could eat the shell if you fry it, it’s very crunchy and not really worth the process but if you fried the whole shrimp very fried it’s edible yes and can be decent

you don’t need to remove the legs i find it honestly easier to remove after cooking because it’s no longer wet
