why is there a B major dominant seventh that goes to a F-major seventh or A minor triad depending on if you feel like including the carrying-over F? You may think this is because it’s actually just a neighbor tone but I ask you what chord can be made with a F#, B,& E, and A (carrying over from the previous chord) (& the B major dominant seventh likes to repeat itself which kiiind of makes you think that maybe this is in E minor (which would be kind of messed up given the way the teacher’s been treating key identification) and they’re doing weird stuff they can get away with because its’ the dominant so even without resolution to the tonic it works! The passage does end on a series of E minor chords but the song also clearly continues & precedes beyond what are shown.

That being said a lot of broad-reaching stuff like that is definitely moreso “this might be helpful for these general reasons” rather than “I have meticulously planned every detail of what will occur” so depending on what people mean when they say “orchestrated” I can certainly see how it could be more conspiracy theory than fact. But like “yo you should do this, it might help me and my buddies out” is not an unreasonable thing to assume could have happened, especially given it very much has done that
