Everywhere has different laws, every micro-jurisdiction, so itâs not even like âassumption of Americaâ actually⌠makes it make any more sense?

Oh yeah thats true. There are shared laws between the US states but they also have different laws in between them, i forgot about that. I didnât know there is further divergence the lower on the chain you go, than states
