āIām about to finish the 1st day of the 3rd POV, but uh. Dang. Nobody has it easy, huh? It low-key makes me regret not knowing anything about the prequel of this RP. Apparently that one was set a century ago. (All I could find was someone getting absorbed by the darknessā¦ I donāt think this RP will have a better ending.)
Barnabyās passing is unfortunate, but he chose survival over mission, and he did well to survive. 'Tis unfortunate that the capitol disagreed with hisā¦ lack of progress in the reclamation of the corrupted lands.
Hmā¦ Yeah, Iāll be expecting more deaths. Thereās. just so much lack of. everything. Ingredients, materials, money, water FFS. Iām not sure what the beef is between the guards and the guild, but there is no way this story will end with the covenās survival. Not with the way it currently functions.
Merchants and immigrants are the only way this place can survive, but the people are starting to lack the money to buy the merchandise. 'Tis just a matter of time. The coven can brew tonics, but I canāt imagine the carpenter and the blacksmith (both singular) having enough time to produce any goods when they will be pressed by the new guild leader to work on the fortification and weaponry for the land reclamation against the blight.
ā¦I kinda wonder. Given the intricate and delicate situation, how will the people die? Will they self-destruct first, or will the blight get them as they forage for ingredients and materials? My bet is on the former, but the details and ways of self-destruction is one I cannot imagine. (And therefore I am interested in it.)
Seriously. It would be a damn miracle if the place doesnāt get destroyed by the end of this RP. (I wonder how many sessions / ādaysā it will have?)
