I might have trauma from the car crash. Iām actually unsure if itās actually trauma cause idk what trauma is and personally itās not affecting me mentally but occasionally like when Iām really tired and about to go to bed sometimes I doze off and then shortly after I see a crash in my head and then I jolt awake
