my complex class is probably the easiest of the ones here :pensive:
the professor is going painfully slow most of the time, and is constantly like “do you guys get it, are you lost, etc”, most likely because we are all bored and therefore not inclined to answer

or alternatively this is just a teaching style thing to ask that a lot

I can understand why a professor would pick up that habit thbthtbhtbthbthb

thbthtbthbthbthtbhtb I now am wishing I had the professor I had for real analysis last semester

our complex did graphing recently (nothing as complicated but there’s some stuff you need tricks for) but we’re on sequences and series now

don’t worry if it’s like my complex class you’ll one day see epsilon again

ALSO stat has been really boring so far because we are covering R, which means covering basic programming

My stat professor said another professor told him not to do R in class, for this reason
…but then he said he wanted to do it anyway just in case we were unable to learn it on our own

my datasci class was pretty much just R for babies (but R SUCKS)

also ACTUAL EXAMPLE they did when doing the actual stat stuff

TO be fair to the professor I think it might be his first semester teaching here thtbthbthbthtbhtbthbt but NYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

we’ve seen epsilon
we did mention what an open disc is, and the topology definitions of closed and open
this part of class was good and interesting
but we didn’t actually use them for anything thbthtbththbt
