esters because thereās a chance tossups on them will drop fischer esterification clues that let me get them second to last line instead of last line

Esters are a good answer. Itās between then and carboxylic acids for me
We did fischer esterfication to mae banana oil and my friend stole the banana oil product from the lab and tried using it to flavour her alcohol
what about alcohols. the three horsemen of potentially cluing the fischer esterification
