specifically by making infinite sets (maybe all sets? idk) into functions (which means functions have to be their own type of thing, not defined in terms of sets), and then having the function output true/false to say if it’s in the set
would that actually remove all the infinities tbththtthbthbt
you’d have to get rid of one of the axioms - not sure whether it’d otherwise function but i don’t see an obvious reason why it wouldn’t?

it wouldn’t be very good for several reasons i assume
nyaaaaaaa I don’t mean “set theory but we delete this axiom and can’t prove things”
I mean “set theory but we prove everything that we have normally, by looking at it differently”
you’d have to deal with this axiom somehow

like nyaaaaaaaa what if you started with 0 and 1 as fundamental objects, and said you instead build functions
(ok IDK if it’s set theory now that I’ve uh. removed the sets)
so you can say 2 is a function that outputs 1 when you input 0 or 1
and 3 is a function that outputs 1 when you input 0, 1, or 2
etc
then make the naturals a function that outputs 1 for all the naturals tthtthbthbt
yeah i think we’ve abandoned set theory
but anyway nyaaaaaaaaaaa the more interesting thing is if you could redefine all existing notation to work in both systems ththttbthbthtbthbtb
