depending on circumstances and the details of what happened I would either be super regretful or continue to be angry… both of those are not ideal though.

Assuming they’re not someone with any power/influence, then yeah there’s not anything to do other than remember it for future decisions (and probably try to avoid [them/people like them] in the future, if possible)

If they do have power, or there would be repercussions for any other reason, then maybe there’s a way to make those less severe if people are more sympathetic to your position… but IDK how to do that, and it’s very dependent on specifics

regardless of what you said, I (and likely a lot of people) are probably capable of acting worse under enough pressure (which is why I try to avoid putting myself in situations where that would happen)
