It would be somewhat redundant since New Home city is just a replica. The Ruins city is the old capital, and the background assets are the same sprites in vanilla.
The Dark Ruins “are” the capital, so well as the rest of it, but it’s just an enclosed sealed off chamber like the rest of the Ruins. Granted, it’s not all enclosed by walls, there are just pits leading nowhere, and some monsters (Decibat, theoretically maybe Dalv) can fly, but it’s still sealed from the rest of the kingdom.
