that could be because lack of food consumption at regular intervals, i had that problem a year back

Thank you for sharing previously unknown information! That profile could seem plausible, given that I occasionally end up missing breakfast and lunch both.
what worked for me was eating six (6) times a day and only drinking 3 water bottles a day
granted i was at a hospital so they could take care of me but with enough dedication or help you can do it too
3 meals 3 snacks
Is there any reason to restrict your water intake? So long as you aren’t going out of your way to overhydrate, if you’re only drinking when your body requests it, shouldn’t that be fine?
the reason i drank so much water is because my mind wanted to trick my stomach into feeling full
you can imagine that if your stomach gets full on water rather than nutrients
