Yea but like I literally lie motionless for half the day I am definitely burning proportionally fewer calories - I find myself much more hungry on days where I do a normal person level of movement

it could be that your significantly lacking calorie intake doesnt equal your lacking excerise

I don’t think that though I think it’s proportional. Me being wrong about this is a very plausible explanation though

you burn 200 calories by walking for an hour

My phone estimates like 1200 resting calories + an average of like 100 a day from walking

It was like 800 when I started feeling Bad

But I was doing nothing I was just in bed all day
