Yea but like I literally lie motionless for half the day I am definitely burning proportionally fewer calories - I find myself much more hungry on days where I do a normal person level of movement

it could be that your significantly lacking calorie intake doesnt equal your lacking excerise

I donāt think that though I think itās proportional. Me being wrong about this is a very plausible explanation though

Muscle is denser than fat too and I donāt have muscle
you burn 200 calories by walking for an hour

My phone estimates like 1200 resting calories + an average of like 100 a day from walking
and you consume aboutā¦

im sure you recognize the problem now yes
