nyaaaaa it’s not that the key changes are crunchy (it is very much NOT) but it’s surprising how they do them quickly while also not being Obvious Key Change

they have either 2 or 3 key changes in that song (depending on how you want to count them (I’d probably say it’s 3))

i am a sucker for a good key change but i’m a much bigger fan of weird rhythm/time signature shit. i think that’s the percussionist and mathematician in me intersecting.
