Like per social convention youāre the Bad Guy so bad if you invest an insufficient amount of time and energy into interacting with this other person thatās weird and scary. Even if I want to do it I donāt want to feel like I have to. Scary and weird

Probably much easier being physically near somebody though. Harder to maintain. Even the sorta relationship I had IRL was functionally long distance cause COVID + my health
