Tomorrow you is another person. You can’t rely on tomorrow you in the slightest. You can’t have any kind of interaction or two-way contact with tomorrow you, you can’t check up on tomorrow you. Would you ask somebody to do your CV and then just leave them there to their own devices- okay you might do that, but like, you shouldn’t. You should at least give tomorrow you as much start as you can to shift the blame off of you
