I might fall under that cluster of symptoms normally referred to as OCD
The knly ocd thing I could have is like doing things in 3’s

I’m compulsively counting that most common word in the English language in all the text I see and if it’s not in a given text I notice its absence and every time I see it sticks in my mind like it’s shouted loud and has a bright spotlight on it and I genuinely have a headache and feel nauseous. It’s distressing reading any kind of text because I either notice that word or its absence. You can tell I’m intentionally avoiding it here so counter doesn’t go up cause it hurts my head
