yeah wizard can wish at night. but people are gonna police st consults anyway
they don’t have to announce it at night, as far as im aware
i mean yes. but this will not stop people from policing consults during the day
because they’re stupid

if your problem is “roles that visit the st in the day will get heavy suspicion” just explain that the wizard is any time, or just don’t include the four-ish roles that do
