what goes on in your brain that you can convince yourself of this

Uh

Had to be before 5

I think it was 3 pm that would make sense chronologically wise

You guys know how I went on a rant about how normal I was? My adhd was sky rocketing at 5 in the lab for senior project and we were collecting data from measuring brain stuff and I couldn’t keep a straight face I died laughing

ok while i’ve never been brought to vomiting by water i have been brought to vomiting by an empty stomach

life is cruel like that

The reason I died laugjint was because the training thing required us to keep our eyes open for 60 seconds with a goofy image on screen of two eyes being open

My adhd kept me high that entire lab period I was filled with dopamine

litten i hope you know i’m still here i’m just trying to figure out how to word my judgement

You know that might be true

okay
so the average human being should go between 1-6ish hours between meal times, not counting sleeping. this is because humans need around 8 hours of rest

at between at least one of those times, of course, logically speaking, has to be around 4 hours or less

which means, to fit all this into your eating schedule, you need, for example if you woke up at 9, one meal at the start of your day (typically), one around 1 pm, and one between 6-8pm. then, if you’re still hungry around 10-12, you can eat something small before bed

so:

litten, considering your stature, you should eat one breakfast meal below an hour of waking, another meal 4-5 hours after that, then another meal 4-5 hours after that

doing otherwise is making you sick.

your biological process which is supposed to tell you this is messed up. you have to do it yourself, okay?
