I am finding it hard to navigate back to specific posts on this thread cuz I’m unfamiliar with the interface and I’m on my phone so I can’t break it down the way I’d like to.

I saw a post earlier when they called Achro and I t/t I commented on that I think showed a fairly blatant real solving mindset. The read was both real, and simple/basic. Almost came off like a townslip to me in the moment. The read on Achro was like… the interaction feels t/t but moreso Mac feels town and Achro feels frustrated so Achro could be a wolf I guess cuz wolves get frustrated.

You could easily see the process. It’s fakeable but without any wolf agenda and ending up reevaluating achro was maybe actually wolfy isn’t what I think a wolf would do if they started off calling it t/t. A wolf would do so then say something like “stop throwing rocks at each other” or “stop dick measuring you’re both town”.

I don’t really understand guava’s confidence on zug being a wolf to justify a “stop spewing your partners” joke, nor do I understand how the post they quoted from geyde makes them “just not town”. maybe he’s mafia

cant really point to anything specific but i’m just nodding to his recent-ish posts

i think i would kill zug/guava/lol right now. zug was explained earlier for awkwardness. guava keeps saying things but i’m just not really convinced. his thoughts and reasoning are very surface level and it reminds me of his wolfgame where he wanted to kill the trolling alt for surface level reasons. his confidence on things seems very mismatched. lol can also die because i think he’s in his wolf meta and has been giving reads on zug/icet that seem like they may be TMI

I already think tutuu is town. but I think I would be townreading her if she was mafia here, maybe. Though I think the post she made about her mindset this game was towny. I found her as town very early on in last game from the rambley introspective posts she made in that game, which no one except me seemed to care about, so I find it unlikely she’d consider a need to fake that sort of thing as mafia, especially this early. Usually players announce intention to change their playstyle when they are town, and not when they rand wolf, because they are scared that changing their playstyle will earn them wolfreads they could easily avoid by just… not doing that, but a villager has both the freedom and the desire to actually change their playstyle - since in this case tutuu’s proposed changes are only really relevant to improving her towngame - and she noted last game about how she wanted to be less chaotic, which I think especially applies here given how playing like that didn’t lead her to much success with read accuracy. I am probably jumping the gun here, so I will note the first time I see something that makes me think otherwise,

I think baker is likely to be town if tutuu is town. I’m not sure I can elaborate on why I think this. I just think they seem blissfully unaware of the futility of that push if tutuu is town, which a wolf would not have. This read is pretty dumb and sounds like TMI, so I should probably not include it, but I just don’t think a wolf has this read right now

i am positive that we are going to run into the issue of believing we can read the other player with 100% accuracy simply because we have only seen them play as town, and whoever has to wolf against the other will look stupid. i feel like we are both vastly underestimating each other’s ranges but that doesn’t make me want to change my read

Looking through Arctic’s ISO this stands out to me. Like… I don’t see why T!Arctic tries to clear Tutuu here so easily even when he literally admits he’ll probably be wrong when Tutuu is mafia. And Arctic definitely wants people to sheep him as mafia, as stated below:

Your push here feels sort of towny and good intentioned but i think if you step back and just read arctic on the full merit of their approach instead of zooming into a specific thing they’re quite obviously town. They are progressing the game into a solveable state, being transparent and kind of just aren’t pingy/awkward at all to me which I find wolf Arctic to usually be.
