Ah, if only I had killed Marluna instead of Willow. I considered both her and Kiiruma as potential targets, but I felt that Willow’s execution would inevitably happen at some point, so I decided to speed that up and use the day’s execution as my kill power by pushing for Marluna and Kiiruma as targets. I proceeded to be unable to properly participate in the game, so that plan failed, and I feel I could have argued against a Willow execution well enough that my justification was not sufficient for that plan. I apologize.
As many seemed to have suspected, I did not receive any kind of roleblock item. I simply blocked Heiter with my own role. I knew that I must have either blocked a kill or had my action stopped because Heiter did not die, and I knew that I could not have been directly roleblocked because Leafia appeared to receive my Command Based Robot action. The only possible world in which Heiter was town was the one where they had some kind of kill immunity, and they did not claim that. My redcheck was much stronger than I let on.
I claimed the counterwagon-based role in part to encourage better townplay and avoid stagnation, though this did backfire somewhat with people afraid to let that counterwagon actually overtake. I also wanted to look as if my targets were predictable in order to prevent the wolves from wishing to roleblock me. I am glad I managed to get a redcheck and a kill on PoE, even if my play was not the best.
