You can execute a mutant at night according to the wiki
If the Mutant hints that they are the Mutant at night, you may execute them that night, even if an execution happened today. Declare they have died, and continue the night phase as normal. An execution may still happen the next day
speaking during the night is meant to be a service, i think?
thats why harpy/cere only says tomorrow, because theoretically speaking you can break cere madness n1 and face no consequences
