Evil could have accidentally killed a politician to be fair
Well maybe, but what incentivizes the politician to stay quiet if their ability is now dead?
Because their ability is an even if dead ability.
Oh god damn it
not a single dead person has done enough to be most responsible for town losing if we lose.
I had to literally know the evil team and then save them to be converted.
That is why I don’t think it’s plausiable. Simply staying silent about your role is not sufficient enough to be the reason town lost.
I trust Silviu socially the most out of all the alive players, barring chomps. I would be suprised if they were the evil, besides mario.
I don’t really right now believe in a politician. Your info simply doesn’t fit, this is why I decided to rest my vote on you.
Though I still wouldn’t know if this is a demon slot, how they sent their info across. For Jarek I could understand they basically did a 3f3 and could always fall back.
But for Zug or in the off-chance is Magnus. They both had it steadily covered from the very beginning which doesn’t sound minion-y, as I expect them to just chase Demon for info.
The High Priestess documents has a lot of points as to what qualifies as being the most important person to talk to.
Reasons:
-
On Night One Especially, Players they might want to role swap with or who could use a friend
-
Players who something weird has happened to
-
Players who are in the wrong world
-
Players good players wrongly want to kill
-
Evil Players who are intentionally spreading false worlds the High Priestess can disprove
-
Players who for some reason aren’t sharing their information
Now, here is the counter example, as to why High Priestess isn’t arbitrary information:
Summary
The High Priestess can only be shown to the player whom the Storyteller believes will be most useful. While the criteria for what that means is left to the Storyteller’s discretion, based on their broader view of the game, it is not arbitrary. The Storyteller should have a clear idea of how the conversation will benefit the game and a reason to believe that those benefits will come to fruition.
Consider this: I ask you to make me a nutritious, healthy dinner and leave the specifics to your discretion. You have several options—maybe a tofu and vegetable stir-fry, grilled chicken with asparagus, or a lentil and vegetable stew. However, a bag of Cheetos and a cheese pizza would not be acceptable. The criteria of “nutritious and healthy” limits the choices.
Similarly, the discretion of the Storyteller is limited by the criteria of “most useful.” The conversation must have a purpose.
This is typical in decision-making systems: sometimes we use mechanical rules, and other times we allow decision-makers broad discretion within certain guidelines. A healthy system allows for both.
The story teller is limited by what they believe will lead to a productive conversation, helping the good team. I believe that being sent to the demon day one is not very productive, the demon is safe in their three bluffs they could claim, and while it’s true the demon may be forced into a bluff day one, because they have three bluffs being forced into a bluff could lead to the high priestess trusting them more than the actual good players in the game.
High Priestess being sent to Magnus night one makes the most sense with reason 1, Magnus is the Genie who could single handily win the game for the good team if people listen, trust, and confide in them. A High Priestess being sent to them would lead to The Genie having a clearer picture of the game, along with being able to solve together. This is why I think Magnus doesn’t work as the demon.
My info can also fit if Hippo is the Spy and misregistered.
Or I’m the Lleech Host / Pukka Poisoned.
I don’t think I should die here but we should consider worlds.
Wait. Mistyx Poli literally solves the whole issue.
No it doesn’t. Misty would have claimed by now.
Why? Mistyx’s info is straight up helping Magnus who we were building as a demon candidate until recently.
What an intriguing theory
If Hippo is Spy, I should’ve seen you malfunctioning N3.
1.1. Zug could’ve theoretically pointed to Hippo instead of you.
1.2. I could theoretically be Lleech’ed or Pukka’d, with Hippo Spy.
1.3. If I am actually evil, I must be evil with Zug.
And if yeah if you truly could’ve been poisoned, I would’ve definetly seen that 100%.
I hate to point this out but you could just be mario.
The High Priestess who was sent to someone we were building as Demon didn’t cause a math 1 to you?
There’s no role on the script that could have poisoned misty n1 info
Which then makes me think Mistyx!Poli is very viable.
