BotF XXXV: Her Royal Highness Register -- GOOD WINS

The math is always evil. Call it.

Not a fan of the lunatic claim but I’m not so sure you know

Tomorrow is final day. I’d rather close a world. Sorry Magnus

I don’t see you participate alot and it makes my heart shatter… :broken_heart:

I don’t hold it against you.

I got given a role that wants to die in the night and played around making myself as socially ironclad as possible only to be told it was for nothing because it’s most likely a spy game

the role that could have cleared me mechanically was voted off and I’m still here

If it’s not a spy game well it doesn’t matter because my role got let slip somewhere somehow now but the point still stands I hate the spy

The Spy is kind of too powerful. I’d rather the widow

I am already widowmaker

It should be said that most alive evil candidates save for Kiiruma specifically did claim out-of-play roles nigh instantly before having the opportunity to coordinate with any Demon, unless Zug’s my Demon or if Zug/Silviu are both evil, so the few double claims doesn’t mean much.

Widow is probably more powerful than spy but they’re mostly the same overall

The Spy’s kinda weak because you can just ignore them, but it slots well into the Minions on this script wherein their power levels are deliberately interchangeable save for the Baron so.

I’ve never played with a Widow so I don’t know how it feels in practice.

The same as spy except it can poison someone for as long as it lives, or poison itself to be literally the exact same as spy

I know how it mechanically functions, but it’d fulfil a different niche as a more omnipresent threat. I personally appreciate Spy’s misregistration and routine checks so I’d expect Widow to feel like a downgrade for me personally, but for most I imagine it’d be the inverse.

I don’t think spy’s misregistration does much most games tbh

It doesn’t need to. Its mere script-presence casts mild doubt on any and all confirmation chains which is well designed, without making said roles useless because they nonetheless disprove the Spy as a Demon candidate. It plays to both team’s advantage.
