I think that’s true in instances where a virgin hasn’t claimed. Butt if a virgin claims, then these roles can confirm they are not the drunk, confirm to everyone they are either spy or town, and confirm the virgin which the demon will need to kill. The only cost is d1 hang - where we have no leads anyway as the day one info roles have’t shared anything anyway. If we had a good lead it might be different.
Whereas trying to bait a kill seems way harder to do when:
A) maybe spy
B) there are already roles meant to be bait kill (ravenkepper and soldier) on script
And even if they succesfully somehow do manage to bait a kill I still don’t think that’s as helpful to town as confirming they are not the drunk and confirming the vrigin d1.
