I also think Washerwoman is more likely to see a minion or demon as the incorrect ping not just a random townsfolk
That clears the topic of why you’d shade Kyubey in our whispers if that idea only reached your mind afterwards, but it does prompt another question.
Was this an independent, genuine theory, or just a holdover from the aforementioned nomination?
When I nominated Hazard, Zug who I already suspected randomly shaded the nomination and Hazard was also precious about it. Was a big overreaction to just a nomination and made me think I had randomly nominated the demon lol

I’d suspect you were actually the Magician probably, trying to fake-soft to me as a possible evil. If you’re the Magician trying to bait another evil with the limited information you know, mentioning the existence of a Magician in whispers sorta gives such away. I feel like an actual evil searching for a Magician would say something like “how do you feel about [X] and [Y]”, those players being the other evils, as a subtle test. Or a Spy talking about the Demon bluffs if those are seen.
I want to say actual Washerwoman with a Magician sighting would probably wait until they knew who the actual Magician was before risking the confirmation, but since evil already knows who would be in their evil info I think that’s just a me- thing rather than a proclamation I can assert to bode true for everything.
I think that’s fair. Holding opposing viewpoints isn’t a gotcha contradiction.
Oh damn if Kyubey is magician that actually makes so much sense and maybe they read me as evil who realised they were magician and pushed them
