Honestly, itā€™s weird to be in a place online where Iā€™m not immediately clowned on for being born in 2005. Disturbing, even. Everyone online should be at least four years older than me :+1:

Thatā€™s the window Iā€™ll usually leave when Iā€™m being vague about my age, four years. If something pinpoints me as younger than that, Iā€™ll avoid it. Itā€™s surprisingly simple. I grew up on Blueā€™s Clues but refused to watch any of the Joe episodes. My first Zelda game was The Minish Cap. Iā€™ve had an email account since 2008. I recently had to ask a professor from like three years ago for a letter of recommendation because of some weird restrictions and it was so awkward. This lying by omission shit is easy

I did ā€œIā€™ve been on various forums for a good decade nowā€ recently, that was a fun one. I signed up for this petsite in like 2008 and then it told me my pets would die if I didnā€™t give them money and I cried for hours.

They let me on the computer too early.

I technically have a really old Twitter account that my dad made for me when I was little so I could get my full name. Unfortunately for my awesome half-lying on the internet powers thatā€™s not my name anymore. Also I donā€™t share my full name online regardless. But that would be such a powerful tool if I could use it
