oh no it was on the wrong thread 
I was too much of a troublemaker to ever get modded before I was like, 14, while all my friends got modded under that age when they were still oh so naive, and after that I Understood hte Consequences of such an action

See like AFAIK my friends made good moderator decisions in like a front-facing way. They ran their site fairly well for a bunch of teenagers.
The problem was the impact on their health,
