What do you mean architecture overarching around driving

I mean when I say walkable, I’m still doing like 25-30 miles a week

so its not like everything is right next door

Suburbs are very bad (source i live in one)
Cities are pretty nice (source i live near one)

Nowhere is safe. You take a glance around the corner, gasp. A street you have to cross.

yeah my college town is… a lot better than where i come from. i think its super easy to get anywhere here. but my seattle friends complain that the public transit isnt good enough.

but those people have not seen the horrors of bee cave texas

a 30 minute bike ride to one sushi place. trying to go anywhere else will get you killed trying to cross 5 lanes of traffic of people going 85 in a 55

I have a hard time going to the grocery store because the highway I have to cross is crazy busy. Sometimes I have to sit there for like 15 minutes

Still prefer middle of nowhere then the hellscape that is some cities
