My boss blew up at the other night manager and me when she came in this morning. Which I don’t mind but the other night manager and his favorite worker often clash with me heavily. I should not have been cleaning the lobby because we still had too many orders. I incorrectly assumed that the other night manager was getting blown up at a lot just for failing to finish his cleaning, but it was really that in combination with the fact that he let people and himself waste labor. On a Saturday night, if we’re drowning in orders the entire night, we should always focus on making the money and not worry much about the cleaning.
I snitch on colleagues for using their phone and I make no apologies for this as that is unacceptable conduct and my boss’s boss has said just as much. But fuck no I am not giving any of my enemies that I work with ammunition by getting a tardy that was easily avoidable, even if it would cost a child that I don’t know his life.
So sorry if I fail your morality test or whatever @benguinedparbecue that’s just how I am
