The doc is for the version with roles.

3 mafia, 3 masons, 6 VTs. Every day town can jail 3 players and at EoD learn how many are wolves. Every night mafia can beam 3 players and learn how many are masons. Town win when all 3 mafia are jailed at once, mafia win when they beam all 3 masons, if town doesn’t win the next day

It’s not like a trustfall kind of deal. It’s still got votes and days and nights and collective decisions and shit. The functional difference is that people don’t die, and that you can sometimes have mech outed wolves who will not die (because nobody dies). I think it’s kind of misc-y but not as much as Trustfall

what if wolves had a factional ability where one of them could sacrifice themselves to learn whether a target player is a mason

That would be intewesting

wolves should imo also get a factional silence if you’re running it all vanilla

we had a roleblock in the previous setup iirc

Silence???

factional silence sounds like a horrible idea

no offense

but silence mechanics rarely turn out well

It’s still got the silence problem of “you’re expected to keep up with a game you can’t post in RN”

It’s just like you died and was revived!
