We could also anonymize the account if wanted, like we did with Anstreim’s old account

Makes the username something like Anon[random string of numbers] and doesn’t cause bugs iirc. The account can’t be used anymore though

Past and future quotes sometimes show as coming from nobody (or the wrong person), old notifications/pings are inaccessible sometimes, and the username can never be used again by anybody
