Cookie Thread Act 3: The Cookie Strikes Back

yea thats smart

idk if you want to go the community college route but i have a friend who moved to cali from nevada and went to community college for two years
then he applied for state residency
then when he transfered to a state school for his last 2 years he got in-state tuition

idk if this works for other states though :joy_cat:

I’ll already have a degree when I go to college (hopefully), or at least enough credits for it to not matter
And iirc community college doesnt offer higher than associate

wait what how

There’s this little thing in Utah called concurrent enrollment

In which you take general education college classes while you’re in HS that count for both HS and college

yea that exists in california too but idt you can get a degree from it
could be wrong

our val graduated with an associate’s degree. they also specifically chose not to graduate a year early because they wouldn’t be allowed to be val if they did. their speech sucked

At my school we go to the local college pretty much full-time our senior year and also on campus while also doing CE beforehand
This is also how I’ll have half of it paid for
