vow of silence
test
Cause I remember what I was capable of then versus now. When I had it real bad I couldn’t get out of bed except to shower and change and go right back to lying down. And when I started eating more I started being able to do more.
On weeks where I specifically went out of my way to eat three meals a day (or Italy went out of his way to make me), I suddenly had the energy to, like, go on extended walks, and cook, and I only needed like eight hours of sleep instead of eight hours + four hours lying in bed awake but unable to move. It is just evidence and experience. It is just how it is.
real
I try to do 7 hours a day, since I read in a study thats the best amount on average

POINT IS
you should get that checked out
and then it takes me like an hour to get up, so I feel that
SET ALARMS!!! rewire your brain!!! start thinking about getting a meal when x. like oh heres something cool i want to watch. meal. then when you find something you want to watch you will remember to Not Starve
I mean its more a memory issue then like a food issue
reads a study that suggests sleeping 7 hours is on average the best
“i should do exclusively this actually”
reads a study that suggests that eating once a day is unhealthy
“hmm nah”
yes.
I dunno. When is the last time you tried eating more? It is worth a shot, I think. To try out. It cannot do harm.
I eat more when im like traveling
since different stuff and I have to try different stuff since same stuff isnt accessible
I’n gonna go to bed now
goodbye may
