Cause I remember what I was capable of then versus now. When I had it real bad I couldn’t get out of bed except to shower and change and go right back to lying down. And when I started eating more I started being able to do more.

On weeks where I specifically went out of my way to eat three meals a day (or Italy went out of his way to make me), I suddenly had the energy to, like, go on extended walks, and cook, and I only needed like eight hours of sleep instead of eight hours + four hours lying in bed awake but unable to move. It is just evidence and experience. It is just how it is.

“i should do exclusively this actually”
reads a study that suggests that eating once a day is unhealthy

I dunno. When is the last time you tried eating more? It is worth a shot, I think. To try out. It cannot do harm.
