Like I had a serious medical issue a while back, and if it wasnt for my boss forcing me to go to the doctor, I wouldnt have gone until way to late
like you donāt have to pretend like that sense of dread doesnāt exist to go to therapy you just have to like. push through it
I mean I did try once like a few years ago, and it didnt help at all, so I kinda gave up on the concept
