Im very quiet i dont make any noise irl and i step very quietly and i talk quietly. I like quietness. I get annoyed when anything makes loud noise

On monday I will go to my nose doctor to fix my deviated septum. I got so used to me being able to move my middle cartilage, it will feel strange it wonāt anymore.
But anyways itās a complicated procedure and also painful, Iām kind of afraid, fortunately the doctor is reputable, but I donāt know. I never had surgery before.

Well on monday they will just check my nose, surgery will be another day and I will maybe have to rent a hotel for a few days. Iām not sure if I will be out cold or I wonāt be able to move for safety reasons.
