You stragely skipped CDs and DVDs. Those were the most useful thing before internet and downloading became the mainstream.
I used to have laptops with CD-reader. Now, if I want to use a CD I have to get a whole seperate docking system…
But If I really want to, I’m almost certain I could find somewhere a floppy disk I have used anno.

I don’t remember what a floppy disk was 
okay so imagine a disk but its really prone to flopping
20 at least.

I miss CDs. Now I just have the old CD player that is half broken and I’m too scared to play the CDs lest i break it and the CDs are also getting a bit patchy.
Poor boomernated, so old so wrinkly so fast and you didn’t even properly accomodated to the uni environment.

I think iphone tunes or whatever was in the 2000s ruined it way before
i never had itunes and i never used it
i was trying to get to sleep early but then I was like “hmm i should read a book” and then it was almost midnight and then i was awake for like half an hour thinking about the book[1] but I still woke up at like 8:30 which is earlier than most other days this break [2].

i was looking at the top MU albums for 2026 so far and one of them piqued my interest only to see a review vaguing about how (allegedly) the artist made up a fake (sad) story about the origins of the album
