Less than 20 minutes
B5 was a misclick, but the rest was just a pain to figure out. After the fourth hint, I couldn’t figure out the logic behind Row 3 and got lucky with B3 and C3 and tried to fill in A3 and D3 without understanding why I could have been wrong. (Even though I wasn’t.) As for B4, I don’t even remember what I did or how I got there.
