I cheated by using screenshot and painting over it. I got punished for not seeing the deadlock in the bifurcated path that I chose.

The result says 2:19, but again: I cheated.
I genuinely don’t see how tf anyone can mentally map ts in their head. I had to use screenshots and photo-edit-paints to bifurcate. Doing all of this in your head is nothing short of madness.

Basic: GBFS. Don’t try to overthink it.
At first I genuinely thought it’d just be a mirror of Basic, but then I thought: “How much is the penalty for min-walls anyway?” and that’s when I found out that that path’s value is better than a Basic replica. From there, I expanded as much as I could, but I genuinely thought I would fail, unable to see how the value could be increased. I wanted to say: “This is the best I could find without spending too much time; I could not find a better local maximum.” So when I saw it was the best path, I’m pleasantly surprised, to say the least.

Even when I found out about the first step, I realized very quickly that the second step takes so much memorization and visualization in order to fully cross out which fields in a line (e.g., row/column) could not be filled. (Because there are two tiles which occupy the lines in two bifurcated worlds.)
The third step required insight / noticing the link between the two “houses”, which was alright. By eliminating the edge lines, you can find out which of the two world the solution exists in –but this is basically stupidly hard to see if not for visualization. (Unless you use the empty tiles in a line as marker of which world is caused by one activation and which world is caused by the counterpart.)
The fourth step is just filling in, and the fifth step is just being careful on checking which of the two solutions doesn’t end up in a deadlock.

I can’t do anything about this one. I was just very bad at it.
A2 was because I thought A1’s clue had an additional restriction in Column D.
I saw neither the hints pointing to D2 nor A5. I don’t even remember what I did with C5.
I am just bummed out today.

I knew [perfect minus three] (i.e., the statistically most submitted answer as of moment of writing) was ought to be incorrect when I found two paths to that value while I was exploring. I was so excited when I found my answer of [perfect minus two] …that I was so disappointed that it isn’t [perfect].
I did try to forsake the northwest to expand the southwest, but I saw that I was missing a single resource, so I abandoned that path. I didn’t even notice I could restructure the east such that I could regain that one resource while minimizing the losses.
Bonus: GBFS.

As for my time, consider: This was me with cheating. The actual time it took is at most one hour. (IDK when I started.) I still find this to be impossible to mentally map in my head. I tried, but I gave up basically within five minutes.
