The notes thing is so bizarre but I have no explanation for it except that they don’t exist and they refused to make them even when they had time to do so

One time a villager literally copy and pasted someone else read list not as a bit but like they literally just did it and changed a couple words. I won’t name names but wazza got executed for it fairly quickly

yea i dont really care about how “good” the notes are (ive seen some very bad reads lol why would i) but just their existence with the way they were talking about them is probably clearing in its own right

My explanation is that they initially lied about them as a throwaway comment, just to look towny, without thinking somebody might ask for them
Then they promised they will share them and started procrastinating doing them
Then they gave up because they decided the effort is too much. Maybe too overwhelmed / busy / tired
ie i think that it reads as a very bussing vote if snow is mafia and opportunistic vote if snow is town
