FAM2 Game Thread 2 - Day 2

Did you seriously think I’d slip up about it after already discussing it?

Wait I wanna check something

What’s the thing you wanna check?
If it’s about the totem of dying showing as a hit or miss, then it’s a miss.
I believed it would be anyway but I double checked it jic

I also didnt read properly, but I did try to reaction test you yeah

*undying

So the totem of undying can only be held by a wolf

And the totem of dying is presumably given to town first, and then it’s up to town whom they pass it along to, which imo we should discuss publicly

But I don’t see anything saying that Sulit was able to pass these on N0

In before totem of dying is used on Whysper.

She didn’t get ITA’d

Oh? never mind then.

Do abilities for N0 say they’re for N0?
My ability is a day ability so I do hate to say it but I didn’t exactly pay attention there.

If that’s true, then beancat’s dayvig destroyed the Totem of Dying as well.

Like, if they’re for N0 and more

As I know from flips some things have been “On N0 you may” but that sounds like a 1-time thing?

Yes the other wolves that had N0 abilities said explicitly

Which is…good?

But those are ones who’s ability only proc’s N0.
Sulit’s would happen every night.
We ought to check whether or not Sulit would get to use that N0 too

Pretty sure the answer is no
But if there’s any way to check it would be nice

The best way to check: Ask the hosts.
I already did after pondering for a while whether I was correct on interpreting the totem of undying correctly

GDI I shouldn’t have said correct twice there >.>

Just dropping in now after long-ish day, haven’t had the chance to skim around. Hopefully be able to be more constructive after I sleep. If there’s anything in particular you want me to look at point me in that direction @Ruby.
On night deaths, I’m not sure the make-up of Town/Mafia/Misc there should be, possibly reading a lot into a blank wall here: 4 deaths out of 52 people with active abilities at that time makes me think there’s either a more even weight between the two factions (I think there was mention of a possible third-party faction yesterday?) or the set-up is assuming the town’s going to repeatedly miskill to even it out more (doubled by the aggression firing around, at least my opinion imo).
