I haven’t played chapter 3 personally yet, I played it alongside a friend who had the controls, but I’ll definitely get along to the “base equipment no healing items” level at some point minimum once I get around to it. It’s not a hard fight if you’re already good at bullet hell patterns, ye.

I know I did defeat him once. I am now doing a second run but have Chapter 1 offensive secret boss item with -10 TP rude buster, sounds meta to me.
