You’re re-running the experiment, but this time, you’ve decided to actually implement the payouts you said you’d give. Unfortunately, the psych lab’s budget got cut, so you can’t afford to compensate people with gift cards, but you’ve gotten a bit creative, and you think you’ve got something that’ll work.

And whatever you do, please don’t lose your Student ID: we are unable to manufacture replacements at this time. All students found without an ID will be expelled immediately.

Choose two players. Tonight, they will be informed that they have been added to a neighborhood and must choose to either Ally or Betray each other. Depending on what they choose, one of the following effects will happen:

  • Both choose Ally: Something bad will happen.
  • Both choose Betray: Tonight, both players’ actions will be Strong-willed, and they will bypass effects that would cause them to receive false information. However, something bad will happen.
  • One chooses Ally, one chooses Betray: You and the player who chose to Betray will both learn the role of the player who chose to Ally (with flavor, direct references to the player’s alignment, and any part of the role that would be redacted upon a flip all being redacted from the result). If you die tonight, the Mafia will gain an additional ability.
