Okay…I don’t think this is a very good defence imo because - if what I understand is right you are saying you control who dies somewhat(if evil) so we shouldn’t ITA you or something but that’s a silly defence, if we think ur evil we should execute or ITA you even if that may be the case imo. unless I’m misreading what you mean which is likely the case
