I mean I think there’s at least layers to particularly the “can you tell i’m eepy and lazy”, level 0 wolfy (not invested in maknig the read) level 1 towny (admitting it) ok that’s basically it just more.

I do think it comes across as very waffly, he is forcing microreads and while they are conforming to a tendency to townread neil it this is like around the area that when I’m wolfing I get townread in & so I’m more sensitive to this sort of thing. They aren’t really… synthesized into a conclusion as much as observations being tossed around. And the thought process itself is pretty by-the-books (besides maybe ‘getting scared at neil saying what i observed about itself’)

I think I have a post about this in one of the other games we played, remind me to look for it later. it’s probably not great meta, but it is the meta I have somewhat internalized

but I think willow is more aggressive as town with the pushes in a way and somewhat more engaged, like I think in the willow wolfgames I was in, she would make an aggressive push d1, get townread, and then drop off the face of the game until she was pushed again or something, but in madoka, she was pretty insistent on like orange being wolf or something at first from what I remember and seemed generally more engaged. but a huge caveat is also that she says her engagement is more correlated w/ game setup/mech complexity/interesting-ness than her alignment, so wiretapper may be a better game to check.
