A wolf could make that claim and then claim they gave such a role to a fellow wolf whocan then confirm it. It isn’t mech confirmable to everyone without killing the person they gave the ability to and it could even be a wolf ability even if ths ability claim is true.

now that i’ve actually read the context i kinda doubt that marissa actually thought this was real and it’s probably wolfy that she just went along with it being real
nor do i think she would actually be pleased with this use of day action if she was town
i’m not saying we need to do smth about this rn but marissa is like townleader or smth and i think she’s probably a wolf so like let’s not listen to her for the rest of the game about everything and give her every item etc especially if she keeps killing villagers or killing wolves and not dying
