It’s positive utility just for the sake of killing off eight or so reckless people which often always includes at least a couple wolves, and at minimum usually clears up the POE in turn as well. That just applies to near-every major death event.
I don’t remember having Boats in the last couple games though, I don’t think.

i think killing like 8 scummy people is op but idk if having the chance to kill 1 scummy people is worth it, especially since the boat prizes tend to be like vig shots
