Having not read any of Annika’s posts, I can see Annika being w/w with Brad.

he has this focus on asking people how their work was which just read as tonally awkward to me. specifically his interaction with Lissa… it doesn’t really feel like he’s doing a bit when he goes “oops disregard mb”. it just seems like he’s repeating the same question. feels a lil weird.

i asked him if he’s a wolf and he responded he’s scared because of a mouse which also felt a lil awkward to me.

like i get the idea here

i also asked him if he had any reads so far and he avoided answering me.
I just have some concerns about him that I feel like people are brushing over. if you’re town, I would really appreciate being engaged about my thoughts regarding BradLand. it feels a little uncomfy that not a lot of people are talking with me abt this!

but here I struggle to see something: why is brad doing this? why is brad not even attempting to defend himself? Why is brad talking about his cat and work only? why is brad only 20 posting? he is not even struggling, he is just accepting death. If he is a wolf, then he is getting bussed and i don’t think annika’s case reads real to me i.e even if it’s correct I don’t think she had this read

your main point here is that, while my read is valid (you say you understand where I am coming from w/ his posts being awkward), you don’t understand why Brad would stop defending himself and 20 post, so you think it’s w/w right?

this boils down to Brad’s meta. he has a history of going limp in mashes when pressured, regardless of if it’s by me or someone else. he does just 20 post and accept death as wolf sometimes. here’s an example of such a game.

I feel it’s a bit silly to wolfread me for recognising his odd behaviour too quickly. it’s not like I’m particularly bad at reading him—I have a history of doing it well—so what makes my push a bus as opposed to just… something I noticed as a villager?
